Outstanding arrangements. I have never been in the shop but I have ordered online for delivery to our house a few times and I was impressed with the quality and freshness of each arrangement. Prices are slightly better than a lot of florist shops and by far better than anything from a grocery store (yes, I have done this like a lot of people). I have consistently felt that the quality of the arrangement was worth the price if not better than what I would have expected. I strongly recommend this spot if you want to impress the person you are sending the arrangement too. This place is now my go to spot for flower needs.

We planned our daughter’s engagement party from out of town and used Roanoke Florist for an arrangement on the welcome table. Courtney was so helpful on the phone and completely understood what I was describing to her. It was a beautiful arrangement and was very reasonably priced. Great florist!!!

Came in to get two bouquets of flowers. Got both in 15 minutes, they were awesome! Great service and a great product!

I received flowers last week that were a disappointment, in less than 15 hours most were droopy and some completely dead. To my surprise they sent me a new bouquet and they are absolutely gorgeous. I was so surprised, they went above and beyond in making a mistake right. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Absolutely amazing!! I’ve lived in Roanoke for over 10 years, and I am just now going to this beautiful florist, the customer service was 10/10, super sweet ladies, the flowers smell amazing & they have all the beautiful flowers you can think of. From stuffed animals, to blue roses (which I got for my son) and so much more. I will be purchasing again ❤️❤️ thank you Roanoke Florist!

Roanoke Florist provided an unforgettable experience for us, especially for Mitch, who lost a bet and had to dress up as a blushing bride. The staff at Roanoke Florist were fantastic and made sure to make the situation as hilariously humiliating as possible for Mitch. Seeing Mitch, a bearded man, dressed in a full bridal gown with a long train, veil, and bouquet was absolutely ridiculous and side-splittingly funny. The staff were incredible sports, posing for pictures with Mitch, and making sure he stood outside, waving to traffic and posing for even more photos. They really leaned into the spirit of the bet, laughing along with us and ensuring Mitch was the center of attention. The entire experience was delightfully mortifying for Mitch, and the flowers were absolutely stunning! If you're looking for a florist that not only provides beautiful arrangements but also engages in fun, memorable, and slightly embarrassing experiences, Roanoke Florist is the place to go. Thank you to the wonderful team for helping to create such a memorable and humiliating moment for Mitch! We even heard whispers that the staff want Mitch to make another visit, and we think that would be absolutely hilarious. We can't wait for the next opportunity to come back and create even more unforgettable memories!

Have bought birthday flowers for my daughter 2 years in a row. Always beautiful. This year they even saved the day by rescheduling the delivery! Great prices and beautiful flowers

I’m so happy we went with Roanoke Florist for our wedding! The bouquets for my girls and myself were exactly what I was envisioning and they were STUNNING. They lasted for a good few days after which gave me plenty of time to deconstruct my bouquet and get them preserved. (They still look amazing even after being dehydrated!) Not to mention the cost was relatively affordable compared to other florists we looked at. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve ordered from here several times since my mother lives in Roanoke and I live in Arizona. My sister lives in the area and can confirm that the flowers I order from here are always beautiful and my mother is very happy with them. I placed a last minute order this week for my mother s 90th birthday and made an error when putting in the name. I found out later that they had had an ice storm and received a notification that deliveries wouldn’t be made that day, so I accepted the fact that they wouldn’t be there that day. I had left messages regarding the error I made when ordering and I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email stating that the error was fixed on their end and the flowers were delivered! I believe they went out of their way to ensure my mother received her flowers on her birthday despite my error and the icy roads. My mother is very happy and my sister confirms that they are beautiful!
